SEVAGHAR - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. VISITING CHARGES

Visiting/Inspection charges of ₹119 are non-refundable under all circumstances, as this covers technician travel cost.

2. SERVICE CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

2.1 Cancellation >2 hours before slot: Full refund of advance paid, excluding visiting charges.
2.2 Cancellation <2 hours or post technician arrival: 50% of quoted labor charge will be applicable.
2.3 Post service commencement: No refund applicable.

3. SERVICE DISSATISFACTION

If service quality is unsatisfactory, we offer one complimentary revisit within 24 hours to rectify the issue. Monetary refunds are not provided after service delivery.

4. REFUND TIMELINE

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. CANCELLATION BY SEVAGHAR

If we fail to provide service due to technician unavailability, 100% advance amount will be refunded.
