SevaGhar Lucknow provides home service aggregation through independent technicians. Booking a service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2.1 Visiting charges of ₹119 are applicable for all bookings and are non-adjustable.
2.2 Service charges quoted on website are indicative. Final cost will be confirmed by the technician after on-site inspection.
2.3 Payment is due immediately upon completion of service via Cash/UPI.
2.4 Spare parts, materials, and applicable taxes are charged separately.
3.1 SevaGhar provides 30-day service warranty on labor only, not on spare parts.
3.2 Warranty is void if third-party repair is attempted.
3.3 SevaGhar is not liable for any pre-existing defects or damages at customer premises.
Customer may cancel booking at least 2 hours prior to scheduled time without charge. Late cancellations will incur visiting charges.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
